Buying, Selling or Need Advice?   … Ask for a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute
Whether you’re buying, selling or just need some guidance, chances are you’ll want a skilled professional on your side; someone trained to get you what you want.

Graduates of the REALTOR Institute, GRIs have far exceeded what it takes to just sell real estate, they are prepared to perform at the highest level of professionalism, with a keen understanding of the transaction and what it takes to help you achieve your goals. With extensive training in finance, negotiations, marketing, pricing property, legal issues, construction and environmental concerns, real estate investment and ethics, GRIs guide you through the buying or selling process, while representing your interests to the fullest. Only members of the REALTOR association who are committed to adhering to a strict code of ethics can use the term REALTOR and only REALTORS can earn the GRI designation.

Find your REALTOR through the New York State REALTOR Institute, GRI Chapter.

Chapter members are REALTOR members who have earned the GRI designation or are on their way to it. (GRI designees are seen in bold.)
